  • The sections of this course are organized in lectures and each day we will work our way through understanding another aspect of green living. After the more theoretical bits we will move on to daily assignments and tasks or DIY ideas. To take full advantage of this course you will need to get a notebook (any kind will do). At the end of this course, your notebook will be filled with answers, journal entries, thoughts and ideas that you will have explored during the course. If you like a little color, I suggest you take a look around the house and gather a couple of colored pens and markers, as well as some natural glue or double-sided tape.
  • If you get stuck, need help or assistance with any part of this course, you can interact with me through Udemy. I’ll make sure to answer any queries as soon as possible.

Besides running BodhiandMind and writing e-courses like 30 days to Go Green, I am a busy entrepreneur in the European IT and media industry. For over 5 years I have worked as the founder and publisher of one of Europe's only environmental news website, while continuing to work as a project manager for several high-profile European firms.

My inspiration for enacting positive change within myself and the world around me comes from the change that took place in my own life when I turned to Nature for help, but also from having traveled the world and observing how people live — seeing what works for them and what doesn't.

Above all I have tried to find meaning in everyday life. And for me it means finding balance, happiness and health in the rush and chaos of daily life. It's about finding meaning and peace, away from the superficial and into the real. But more importantly its about doing things, changing things, learning and growing.

Today I'm still an entrepreneur. But besides being a businesswomen I am also an environmentalist, organic food advocate, philosopher, writer, teacher, meditation adept, runner and yoga practitioner. And believe it or not, it's by slowing down, living with less and connecting with Nature that I am now more active, healthier and happier than ever before.
