Day 1 to 5 you will register with the Estate Agency institution in your area. I show you how to set a monthly budget that you will need and teach you to compile a presentation manual.
Learn to do preparations in the office and what is "construction day". How to identify certain houses in your farming area.
You will drive through your area and obtain certain information. I show you how to list properties, setting up advertisements and how to build a data base.
You will make contact with the people in your data base.There are certain tools you will need to work as a professional estate agent. I give you a list of these tools. Where and how to get involved in promotions and how to do a "show day"
Continue canvassing and negotiate for a sole mandate.
