Crust/Apple pie reviews:

Pie crust was light, buttery and flaky. Pam made me one for my wife on her birthday and she said it was one of the best pies she has ever had. I am not a big fruit pie eater per se, but I enjoyed it as well and will use the crust recipe for my next Chicken Pot Pie.

– Mike, Tolland CT

OMG! Best apple pie ever! Considered not sharing with my family, but decided I better. Crust came out really light and flaky. Don't forget the ice cream...

3 Secrets for the Perfect Pie Crust

Welcome students to my Perfect Pie Crust instructional. I was given the gift of being able to bake and have been enjoying making things for all my friends and family for over 20 years. I have been recruited to bake all the pies for all the holidays for the past 10 years and now have had friends request my pies for their family events as well. The compliments are endless and over the years I have tweaked my recipe just enough that it comes out great every time.

So why not teach others how to  make this simple recipe, so they too could receive accolades for their baking too? I hope that you enjoy this simple recipe that you can use for deserts and dinners alike. Enjoy!

Regards,

Pam
