Aiden Lottering, Counsellor, Hypnosis Practitioner at Childrenoflife.

I have been using Counselling and Hypnosis skills with a logical approach to assist various walks of life with their problems for the past 8 years. During this time, I have assisted various people with stress management, from CEO's of companies, to management staff, from stay at home moms to part time employees. I also worked with children who were labelled ADHD, ADD, AUTISTIC etc. I was their full time counsellor and physical trainer. Working within this dynamic as a liaison between parents, teachers and students taught me so many valuable things about life and how we can use our minds to facilitate a more productive way of life. I am also a martial arts trainer and student and enjoy writing poetry and short stories.
