    You may want to consider using a company to host your podcast files...espeically if your podcast gets a lot of listeners.  I'll share with you some options of hosts to use.  

    I recommend using Libsyn since they have flat rate payment options.  If your podcast gets huge, Amazon could charge you a lot of money.  Or your website host might penalize you and shut down your site if your podcast gets too big...which is why using Libsyn might be a good idea.
