I cured my thyroid disease.
Now, I share my story on how to cure thyroid disease with you. Through my insights and the steps I took in hashimoto's thyroiditis treatment, I hope that my journey can inspire yours.
I am not a doctor. But, I am one gal who has done her research and been to doctor after doctor to learn the ins and outs of what it takes to heal oneself from a supposedly incurable disease: Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
While Hashimoto's thyroiditis treatment is supposedly not possible, I did it, and hopefully by sharing everything I've learned along the way about how to cure thyroid, at the very least, I will inspire you to start your own journey on a path of healing and discovery.</p>
Alanna has been there and done the research to empower you to become an authority on your own thyroid health. She shares awesome resources and the science behind it all too. I really resonated with her approach 'cause it's about the whole person. She addresses the issue of what to do when your blood work is normal, but you still feel like crap. This class was definitely a great investment!
I gave this course 5 stars because it seems to be an honest account of taking control of one own health & sharing insights gained. I am Glad to see more info on this topic. --- My journey started with a gallbladder attack. I found the most useful info at gallbladderattack.com & there saw that my symptoms matched hashimotos. I had a blood panel through this website which got my md's attention. I found a holistic dr that specializes in hashimotos. --- I was told that nori strips (seaweed) has a high concentration of iodine & to stay away from it. ---Looking forward to more info. Thank you
I went of sugar and gluten beginning of this year and felt fantastic. Unfortunately due to some emotional unbalnce I wasn't able to keep the healthy approach, but I feel it is the right one for my body. This captures everything. I had enlarged thyroid and my blood tests also never showed any problems. Although my thyroid used to be 3x as large as normal. Loved the course. Thank you for nutritional help !
Thanks--I am just dealing with this and have been frustrated by the lack of real life experience someone could share--thanks Alanna!
