In this JING screen capture, you hear me making a phone call to create an "Audio Post" to my blog site.  This function is currently free for blog sites at Wordpress.com  We then test out the audio post.  You may want to visit the site and click on the audio player to hear the quality of recording.  It is simple to create, from any phone, and quick to post.

This JING screen capture shows how simple it is to create a poll and publish it via email.  You can also create fancier polls from within the WordPress Interface, which I will show you later.
