Tom Cassidy - Internationally Published Author, Thought Engineer, Reasonable Polymath, using algorithms to help people crack the deepest issues of their lives: self-worth, self-belief, goal-achieving, feeling good, achieving sustainable health and deeply fulfilling relationships.
My mantra is: 'Feel Good. Do Stuff.'
Life's not about meditating on the top of a mountain in Nepal, feeling great, achieving enlightenment for yourself...
And it's definitely not about going through life doing things, without having awareness, being busy, achieving a lot but not being mindful of the bigger picture.
It's about both.
Feel good. Do Stuff.
Feel great about yourself, about life, the universe and everything, but do loads of things as well. Have a family, run a business, learn Italian, travel the world, change the world - Do Stuff.
I mean, why not?
I've spent the last 20+ years combining the wisdom of hundreds of years of the study of global philosophies, human effectiveness, modern findings of behavioural science, recent breakthroughs in the understanding of brain physiology and even the results of quantum mechanics into practical systems for getting things done.
Systems based on practical algorithms of thought and of operation. Algorithms that are easy enough for most people to do just as they are, without having to change any aspect of their life. 'Reasonable Algorithms for Reasonable People.'
My signal achievement is applying the concept of 'One Thing At A Time' to getting what you want out of life. It's a system that takes monotasking to a new level and most importantly works with a minimum of willpower.
You still need to do the work. But the willpower you need to get the results is almost certainly the lowest you've ever used for achieving anything in your life, ever.
Please feel free to connect with me however best suits you. I'm always open to exploring ideas either virtually or in person.
All the best
It started when I was a kid… I would raid my mother’s bookshelf pretty frequently. She had a wide selection of books on spirituality, self-improvement, psychology, and inspirational fiction. Ever since then I’ve enjoyed talking, writing, and thinking about philosophical questions like “What in the heck are we doing here on Planet Earth?”; “Why do people act the way they do?”; and “Can we really create things with our mind and change our reality?”
But even though such topics fascinate me, it’s not enough to simply think about my own life’s purpose and potential. I love to help others figure out theirs, too. And that’s why over the years, I’ve become deeply committed to inspiring others to find meaning and purpose, as well as encouraging them to get unstuck and get what they want. It’s what has motivated me to write three books (so far) and hundreds of articles about life purpose, mind mastery, goal achieving, spirituality, and career.
I provide workshops, presentations, virtual programs and personal consultation through my firm, InSync Resources. I also enjoy volunteering for several non-profit organizations, including as a certified women’s self-defense instructor for RAD Systems.
I’m honored that the self-development programs and processes I’ve developed on my own, as well as with other experts, have been serving tens of thousands of people all over the world.
A participant in one my classes once said, "Imagine if we lived in a world where even a small percentage of people started doing what they were born to do - wow what a world it would be!"
Yes! I agree!
Welcome to Everyday Mind Mastery, the leading personal development course on Udemy.
Over 50,000 students CURRENTLY enrolled, and growing at around 150-200 students per day. Every day. Everyday :)
So, you might ask - what's the fuss all about?
Well, there are two reasons people seem to like it:
1. Students who do this course end up feeling better instantly, and start creating change in their lives instantly, just by applying the simplest of everyday algorithms in their everyday lives. (In 10 minutes you will know what I mean.)
2. Students immediately start applying the power of one thing at a time to tackle the mastery of any goal; incrementally, marginally, successively.
You want to become better at parenting? This course can help you.
You want to become a better leader? This course can help you.
You want to have a more successful business? It helps with that too.
Why? How? Really?
Yes, and it's all about making it as easy as possible, (but no easier!)
So, do you ever ask yourself, "I KNOW I could be doing more with my life, but HOW?"
Let's face it. You have a busy life with a zillion distractions... and this can lead to a loss of focus, and not getting what you want out of life.
You join the gym in January but by the end of February...
The guitar you bought is in the spare room gathering dust...
You've got a copy of 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People' on your bookshelf, you know it's a great book yet you haven't opened it since 1995...
You decided to learn French, and after 3 weeks you've not got very far and so you decide that maybe Spanish would be better...and 3 years later you're still just speaking loud English whenever you go abroad...
Sound familiar? You're not alone. Most of the population is in the same boat as you. It's pretty normal. Only a tiny percentage of the people on the planet have the self-discipline of an Olympic athlete.
And I for one, am certainly not in that group. I don't have an iron will. I don't even have a tin will. My will is probably more like cardboard if I'm honest.
Therefore the standard approach to achieving your goals just doesn't really appeal to me, since the standard approach involves ME having to change.
The standard approach is basically just 'have more self-discipline', just 'get better'.
That's why I created a different approach. One that works for me, for (almost) all of us. And I didn't even have to do that much as the great Benjamin Franklin had already done most of the work. I just added a few tweaks, made it even more accessible and added a few thought algorithms to make it even easier to implement.
This approach is to use a system that gets the job done with minimum willpower, this approach involves not having to change.
So, you have two options:
2. Be yourself + Use a System
Choose easy. Choose Option 2. Make the smart choice. Take the red pill.
So, instead of increasing our willpower, let's use a system that works with a minimum amount of will. We're still going to have to do the work, it's just that we won't have to use up any of our energy forcing ourselves to do the work.
I'm not afraid of work. In fact, none of us are really afraid of work. We're afraid that we won't stick at things because that's what we've done in the past. We're afraid that if we try we might fail, and so after a while, we'd rather not try.
We're afraid we're not good enough.
We're afraid we don't have enough willpower.
We're not afraid of doing the work, we're afraid that our work won't work!
So, the big question is what's going to be easier for you?
Carrying on the same way, making resolutions, getting disappointed, giving up on yourself, starting to wonder if you're ever going to get what you want out of life?
Or using a system that gets it done with minimum willpower.
Get involved - enrol in the course and join over 50,000 students who are already finding that there just might be a better way...
Oxford Physicist, Internationally Published Author and 'Thought Engineer', Tom Cassidy, has created a system for helping people crack the deepest issues of their lives: self-worth, self-belief, goal-achieving, feeling good, achieving sustainable health and deeply fulfilling relationships.
Tom has combined the wisdom of hundreds of years of the study of global philosophies, human effectiveness, modern findings of behavioural science, recent breakthroughs in the understanding of brain physiology and even the results of quantum mechanics into a practical system for getting things done.
The system takes 'One thing at a time' to a new level: it's monotasking-on-steroids. And best of all, it requires the least willpower of anything you've ever tried. Other than sitting on the couch, of course!
It's basically the shizzle is what I'm saying...
Tom and Angela talk about the RAS - the part of your subconscious brain that alerts you to stuff that it THINKS is important to you.
An introduction to the Script - the gateway to Mind Mastery...
Tom's mentor Richard Wilkins created the master algorithm for taking more action in your life - The Sausage Machine. It's an absurdly useful tool and it's real genius is its simplicity: What Are You Putting In?
Tom explains how the principles of Quantum Mechanics affect our everyday lives.
NOTE: We're not the first to visit the crossroads of "human psyche meets physics." Here's something fascinating from Wikipedia on "Synchronicity" (a term coined by Carl Jung):
Following discussions with both Albert Einstein and Wolfgang Pauli, Jung believed that there were parallels between synchronicity and aspects of relativity theory and quantum mechanics. Jung was transfixed by the idea that life was not a series of random events but rather an expression of a deeper order, which he and Pauli referred to as Unus mundus. This deeper order led to the insights that a person was both embedded in an orderly framework and was the focus of that orderly framework and that the realisation of this was more than just an intellectual exercise, but also having elements of a spiritual awakening. From the religious perspective, synchronicity shares similar characteristics of an "intervention of grace". Jung also believed that in a person's life, synchronicity served a role similar to that of dreams, with the purpose of shifting a person's egocentric conscious thinking to greater wholeness.
Tom and Angela talk about removing the cognitive dissonance that can really slow you down...

This is the full audio programme for download in iPhone ready mp3 format. Tom and Angela talk about how to implement the 13x4 system to give you mastery over your mind on an everyday basis. Audio is the perfect format since you can listen to it on your commute, when you're away from your computer, whenever you have a few minutes spare.
(There is a lot of repetition here as this is Tom talking about the whole system again. However, repetition is good. Ask anyone who's mastered anything in life and they'll tell you how important it is!)

During the first week of 2012, I customized a 13x4 System for myself and have been having remarkable results using it. Increased health, wealth, order and better relationships. What a year it's been! Over a 6-month period between March and August 2012, I shared my personal observations and reported my results through this series of articles on my blog (now archived at http://beradiantsquared.com/blog). Enjoy! - Angela
I think it is very good, I expected less for a free course, common ideas and knowledge but with a meaningful use
after lecture 23 is talking about specific things which in my opinion is not the subject of the course, no audio neither.I did not like the course only few lectures are interesting. not practical at all
3 consecutive lectures with same title but different format! I think downloadable materials should be on the right hand supplied materials
This was a good refresher for me of some of the principles I have already learnt. I would highly recommend it, if for nothing more than the section on the sausage machine, I've used that analogy for marketing but works perfectly clearly here too. Good course the 13x4 is a bit lengthy but probably more valid for someone who is new to this material. Well done, recommend it.
